Refund Policy

At Chembridge, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources for O Level, IGCSE, AS and A2 Chemistry students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued if:

• The 7-day refund period has expired.
• The student has accessed or downloaded more than 20% of the course materials.
• The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund conditions

Refunds will only be considered for students who:

• Have accessed less than 20% of the course materials.
• Have adhered to all Terms and Conditions, with no disciplinary action taken against their account.

3. Requesting a refund

To request a refund, contact us at admin@chembridge.org or WhatsApp +92 340 9477770 with your order details, including:

• Full name
• Email address used for registration
• Order date and payment receipt

We aim to process refund requests within 5–7 business days.

4. Processing of refunds

Refunds are processed using the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear in your account.

5. Changes to this policy

Chembridge may amend this Refund Policy at any time. Significant changes will be posted on this page.
